East & west Bank tour

We’ll pick you up from your hotel in Luxor and start your East & West Bank tour. First, we’ll transfer to the West Bank to visit the Valley of the Kings, renowned for its grand architecture used for royal burials. Many kings are buried in this valley. Next, we’ll visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, built by the only pharaonic woman to reign over ancient Egypt. As the daughter of Thutmosis I, she ruled for about 20 years during the 18th Dynasty (approximately 1490-1469 B.C).

You’ll then pass by the Colossi of Memnon, the remains of the mortuary temple of Amenhotep III.

Afterward, we’ll head to the East Bank of Luxor for lunch at a local restaurant. Following lunch, we’ll visit the Karnak Temples, the greatest example of worship in history, dedicated to the God Amon, his wife Mut, and their son Khonsu. Finally, we’ll visit the Temple of Luxor, built by Amenhotep III in the 18th Dynasty and completed by Ramesses II during the 19th Dynasty.

At the end of the tour, we’ll drive you back to your hotel in Luxor.
